TwitterStatic Imports
Static imports reflect direct dependencies of the template. Most uses of can-view-import will be for static imports.
To make your import be static, it must not have any content. Make it a self closing tag (ending in />) or make sure to not have anything but space between the opening and closing tag.

These can-import and ES6 import examples are equivalent:
