Get the global document object for the current context.
DOCUMENT([newDocument])
Optionally sets, and returns, the document object for the context.
var documentShim = { getElementById() {...} };
var DOCUMENT = require('can-globals/document/document');
DOCUMENT(documentShim); //-> document
DOCUMENT().getElementById('foo');
